Hai Baje is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the haibaje.biz website and any of its mobile applications.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Hai Baje may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Hai Baje. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age. Hai Baje may request a national ID or passport for age verification at any time.

Hai Baje supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT TRC20. All transactions must be made from your own mobile number or wallet.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Hai Baje does not charge any fees on deposits. Network fees apply for USDT transactions.
• At least one successful deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Payments via third parties are not accepted. All transactions must be made from your own account.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, Hai Baje reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

Hai Baje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Deposit bonus for new members on their first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a 5x–20x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager 5–20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once that date passes, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, the account in question will be investigated.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

Hai Baje holds the final authority to resolve any disputes related to betting markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hai Baje. Engaging in any of these may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — such as repeatedly claiming bonuses in violation of the rules.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any form of automation.
• Attempting to hack an account, phishing, or attacking the security of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing other members or staff.

Hai Baje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of Terms & Conditions violations is found.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
• On request — you may also close your account yourself.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If your account holds a valid balance at the time of suspension, you are entitled to have it returned — unless it has been forfeited due to a rule violation.

Hai Baje takes responsible gaming seriously. We want you to play for fun — not out of compulsion.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• You can use the Self-Exclusion feature to temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• If betting is causing you financial or emotional distress, please contact our support team immediately.
